Refund policy

1. All items that are not discounted are eligible for return within 7 business days. A $50 restocking fee will be charged and must be paid before the item can be sent back and refunded.

If you decide you would like to return an item, please email "nektar.treasureco@gmail.com" with your reason for requesting a return. The item/s MUST be in the same condition they were shipped to you in.You MUST submit ten photos and one video of the item/s showing the following:

  • two pictures of front of item (left side and right side)
  • two pictures of the back of item (left side and right side)
  • Two up close pictures of the clasp/s (for bracelets, necklaces, and chains), earrings backs, 
  • Two zoomed in picture of all stones -- if you purchased an item with diamonds or other gemstones
  • Picture of item on scale to show weight
  • picture of item with a measuring tool to show size, length, and width
  • One video showing the item in 360

The majority of the items in the shop are one-of-a-kind and are the only item like it in the store. Even items that may look similar to other items online, probably vary in dimensions, weight, etc. It is hefty upfront business expense to source, process, and list items on this site. If an item is marked as "sold," and then returned, it must be re-inspected, re-listed, etc. for others to have an opportunity to purchase. I believe in offering returns, even if it's just because of a change of mind. I trust 

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions with how to ship your item back. Shipping costs are incurred by the customer.

Once I receive the item and confirm it is in it's original condition, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment within three business days. The actual refund processing time is dependent upon the banking 

Please take this into consideration before purchasing an item. If you have any hesitation, questions, or concerns before purchase, please let me help you address those, if I can, before you buy!

2. What "Vintage, Estate, & Antique Jewelry" means...it was worn by another before you

While pre-loved jewelry can be delivered in quality condition, if you have ANY concerns whatsoever about the wear of status of an item, please be sure to inquire about this before placing an order. The older a piece is, the more likely it is to show wear of some kind. Any places of obvious wear are noted in the item description. All of my items have been inspected by a jeweler and are in great condition for wear. Please be sure to read the "care instructions" noted underneath the description for each item. I have many customers that love "wearing their investments," or Nektar Treasure Co items daily and love it! I also have customers that work in environments where wearing jewelry of any kind (Nektar pieces OR any other jewelry), is a risk, so they take their pieces off before work and store them properly. 

3. Damages and Issues

As stated above, all items have been inspected by a jewelry prior to listing and shipping. If you find an item damaged upon delivery please send an e-mail  nektar.treasuresco@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving that item with photos and a description of the issue and I will do my best to remedy the issue.
