Nektar Treasures Co.  was started by a woman who is passionate about history, story-telling and preserving the memories of those that came before us. Founded by Ashley Jo, "AJ," or "Ash," this is a woman-founded small business specializing in vintage, estate, and antique fine jewelry. 

My passion for vintage and antique fine jewelry developed about a decade ago -- with my first gifting of an heirloom piece, from my Oma (grandmother in German). She gave me a pendant made from her first wedding band. A 14k half-eternity band fashioned into a pendant with five natural diamonds, prong set, with a beautiful yellow gold bail.It is one of my most prized possessions and I wear it almost everyday! 

 Since then, I have received numerous pieces from her from all over the world, each with a story attached. Charms, brooches, rings, watches, chains, and more.

My love and interest for "jewelry with a past," turned into an undeniable passion -- since then I have been learning, listening, and wearing pieces with a past and decided to officially launch "Nektar Treasures Co." in June of 2025. 

I have always had a love for Greek history and myths, and chose to name "Nektar," from the divine drink of the Gods. Nectar was a sweet and divine drink, often paired with ambrosia, and known to bring everlasting life. The believed etymology for the drink is believed to be a compound of the PIE roots "nek" (death) and "tart" (overcoming).

Each item truly is a treasure, and requires skillful hunting to find.

Gold truly never dies, so let us celebrate pieces from the past that have been given a new life! 

Each item in this collection was hand-picked by me, inspected, cleaning, and tested for authenticity. I hope you appreciate and enjoy this collection, with just as much enthusiasm as I had curating it.

I am based in the Florida Panhandle and source my pieces locally, in other states, and abroad. 

My goal is to provide quality and versatile fine-jewelry pieces for all audiences. All of my pieces are wonderful for those just starting to build their fine jewelry collection ,and those who are looking for that next special piece to add to their jewelry box!
